Entrepreneur & Investor Focused on Consumer-Centric Ventures
STP ENTERPRISES
STP Enterprises is the personal platform of Scott Pollard, an entrepreneur and business leader actively seeking opportunities to build, grow, or invest in great companies. Whether you’re a founder ready to sell, a small business looking for the right partner or investor, or a company searching for seasoned leadership, I’m always open to the conversation.
I’m most energized by consumer-focused businesses—particularly in the areas of health & wellness, consumer products, and entertainment. I’m looking for ventures where I can bring my capital and hands-on experience in product management, marketing, and business strategy to the table. I enjoy rolling up my sleeves and working with smart, committed people to build something lasting.
EXPERIENCE SNAPSHOT
Over the past two decades, I’ve had the chance to work with some of the most well-known brands in the world—leading teams, growing product lines, and navigating complex global markets. At GE Appliances, I helped shape innovation strategies for a portfolio of everyday products, always with the end consumer in mind. My time at Stanley Black & Decker pushed me to blend brand-building with operational execution across categories that touch millions of homes and businesses.
I also spent time with Groupe SEB, a global company headquartered in France, known for its kitchen and home brands like All-Clad, Krups, Rowenta and T-fal. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for the power of brand trust, thoughtful design, and the nuances of working across cultures and time zones. Collaborating with teams around the world taught me how to listen more, adapt quickly, and lead with both clarity and empathy.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of marketing, product, and business management—always focused on understanding the customer and delivering real value. I’ve led high-performing teams, built new business units from the ground up, and helped mature brands re-energize their place in the market.
What I enjoy most is the mix of strategy and execution: figuring out what needs to happen, and then getting it done—with the right people, process, and a little creativity.
